A paid seat gives one person Member, Editor or Owner access to your organization. On Peerdom+, Guests can view the map for free, and people recorded with No-access are free too. Apps and digital colleagues are charged for each purchased paid seat. Peerdom+ starts at 10 paid seats; you pay for the seats in your subscription, including any not yet assigned. Owners manage the subscription in Settings › Billing. Added seats and apps are prorated for the rest of the billing period; fewer seats take effect at renewal.
Annual CHF example: 100 paid seats with Peerdom+ and one paid add-on app cost CHF 7,200 a year before discounts and taxes.

Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
We automatically bill your membership fee according to your plan until canceled. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing period.
You can cancel anytime through your subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period, meaning no future charges will occur. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period you’ve already paid for.
How does the billing system work?
Our Peerdom Billing System allows organization owners to manage subscriptions directly:
- Upgrade anytime to Peerdom+
- Add people and apps automatically - charges are prorated until your next renewal
- Modify or cancel subscriptions at any time
- View payment details including who paid and last 4 credit card digits
- Self-service management: handle everything yourself, any time
Billing features are available to organization owners (highest access level).
Can I try Peerdom for free?
Yes! Peerdom offers a free plan with up to 10 people and all core mapping features included.
You can start mapping your organization immediately - no credit card required. Also, every app can be trialed for 15 days even on the free plan. Upgrade to Peerdom+ to keep Index, Insights, Journal, Missions and Network. Every other app is CHF 1 per person per month.
Where is my data stored?
Your organizational data is stored exclusively in Switzerland using Swiss hosting providers including Google Cloud Platform (Zürich), Exoscale (Lausanne) and Infomaniak (Geneva).
By default, Peerdom’s digital colleagues run on a Swiss model we host ourselves. When you connect your own AI provider or assistant, the content you share with it is handled by that provider.
Some services like payments and emails use third-country providers with adequate data protection measures as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
How secure is my data?
We implement comprehensive security measures including:
- Encrypted data storage and transmission (HTTPS)
- SSO/SAML authentication with Microsoft Teams, Google, Okta, and others
- Regular penetration testing by independent parties
- 24/7 monitoring and access logging
- Swiss data protection compliance (FADP, GDPR)
We only access your data with explicit consent for support requests. Full technical details are available in our Data Processing Agreement.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After your subscription ends, we delete all your personal data in accordance with data protection requirements. This includes your organizational maps, user profiles, and all uploaded content.
We may retain certain data only if legally required (e.g., invoicing records). Once legal retention periods expire, this data is also deleted.

How much does Peerdom cost?
Peerdom offers two plans:
- Peerdom (free, up to 10 people)
- Peerdom+ (from CHF 5 per person per month, includes Missions, Journal, Index, Insights and Network; every other app CHF 1 per person per month)
On top of a subscription you can hire digital colleagues at CHF 2 per paid seat per month each, and buy on-premise, an SLA, priority support, a key account manager or training.
Yearly prices shown - save 16% with a yearly subscription compared to monthly billing. Pricing is displayed in your local currency automatically.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euro (EUR), US Dollars (USD), and British Pounds (GBP).
The pricing page opens in the usual currency for its language: CHF in English, EUR in German, French and Dutch. Switch between CHF, EUR, USD and GBP there to see every price in the currency you pay in.
How can I pay for Peerdom?
Credit card is our preferred payment method for smaller amounts and offers immediate activation.
Invoice payment is available on demand - simply contact us at hello@peerdom.org to arrange invoice billing for your subscription.
Are taxes included in the pricing?
All prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by your local tax authorities.
The final amount including applicable taxes will be clearly shown during checkout before payment confirmation.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs, academic institutions, and foundations?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academic institutions, and foundations.
This discount recognizes the important work these organizations do and helps make Peerdom more accessible for mission-driven organizations.

Yes! You can receive a 10% discount by making your Peerdom map public and discoverable by others.
How it works: When you make your map public, anyone can visit and view your organizational structure. You maintain full control over what information is visible - custom fields, specific apps, and sensitive data can all be set to remain private.

Yes. Volume prices start at 101 paid seats. Each lower price covers only the paid seats in its band, so the first 100 stay at the standard price. The bands, up to 500 paid seats, are in the table under “How to buy Peerdom” on this page.
