How it works
Use Peerdom
Make a free map of an organization you know: a club, a team, your own company. Live with it for a while.
Find what should change
Something Peerdom should do better, differently, or not at all. The sharper, the better.
Show it
Build it, sketch it, film it. Then send us the link. If it makes us think, we’ll talk, and then work on something together.
What a good application looks like
A prototype
A clickable mock or a small piece of code that shows the idea working.
A short video
Three minutes on screen: here’s the problem, here’s how it should work.
A teardown
One screen of Peerdom, annotated: what confuses, what you’d cut.
A map
A real organization mapped in Peerdom, and what that taught you.
What we don't need
A motivation letter, a list of skills, or a CV, at least not at first. If your work speaks, we’ll ask about the rest.
Why we work this way
Peerdom is built on the idea that work shows what people do, better than a title does. We apply that to ourselves. It’s also how we found most of the people we work with today: they showed up with something.
We’re remote-first, with a team day in Bern and a yearly Peerdom Camp.
