See how organizations like yours are organized.
Associations, agencies, NGOs, companies of five and of five hundred, all with their maps public. Look at theirs before you start yours.
There is no learning curve.
It works like the map apps you already use: zoom, pan, click something to see more. No training needed for anyone, no matter their department.
It starts minimal. Start with teams, names and roles, then add purposes, projects, goals and your directory as you go.
Show only what you need at first, and add detail when you’re ready. Most teams are up and running within an hour.

Questions people ask about Peerdom
What is Peerdom?
Swiss software for mapping an organization: the people, the roles they hold, and the teams those roles sit in. AI agents work from the same map, so they know who owns what and what they are allowed to do. Free for up to ten people.
Is it an org chart tool?
An org chart shows reporting lines and puts each person in one box. A Peerdom map shows who is responsible for what, and everywhere a person contributes.
Who uses Peerdom?
Companies, associations, NGOs, agencies, public bodies and universities, from five people to five hundred.
Do we have to change how we work to use it?
No. Peerdom works with any organizational model, including holacracy, sociocracy, reporting lines or a model of your own. Set your own words and the product follows them.
Where is my data stored?
Your organizational data is stored exclusively in Switzerland using Swiss hosting providers including Google Cloud Platform (Zürich), Exoscale (Lausanne), Cyon (Basel), and Infomaniak (Geneva).
By default, Peerdom’s digital colleagues run on a Swiss model we host ourselves. When you connect your own AI provider or assistant, the content you share with it is handled by that provider.
Some services like payments and emails use third-country providers with adequate data protection measures as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
