The founding team behind Peerdom
Our mission is to help organizations adapt faster by making who does what, and who decides what, visible to everyone. Founded in Switzerland in 2021, Peerdom is the Google Maps of the organization for teams in 18 countries, with all data hosted in Switzerland under Swiss law.

Peerdom grew out of a simple wish: to see who does what in an organization that keeps changing. That map became Peerdom, where everyone finds their way to the right person, role and team, and where people and digital colleagues share one picture of how work flows.
Every organization deserves its own structure, shaped by its culture, its people and its business model. That’s why we keep Peerdom as open as we can, so it fits every organization like a glove: holacracy, sociocracy, BetaCodex or a classic hierarchy. Simplicity, accessibility and flexibility guide what we build.
