Your map, kept current while you work.
Digital colleagues are Peerdom’s own agents. Each one joins your map with a role and takes over work your people used to do by hand. A person on your team stays responsible for it.
Meet the Translator.
It takes over translating every role, group and field, for organizations that work in several languages: after a merger, across sites, or in a multilingual country.
It translates your whole map.
Pick the languages you work in. The Translator goes through all your content, translates it into each one, and tells you when it's done.
It keeps every change translated.
From then on, every edit and every new role reaches every language in the background, overnight included. Everyone reads the latest version in their own language.
It follows your intent.
Fix a word in French and the fix stays in French. Change what a role means, and Peerdom asks whether the other languages should follow. Say yes, and the Translator updates every one of them.
Your content stays in Switzerland.
By default, the Translator runs on a Swiss model we host ourselves.
Meet the Librarian.
It answers questions about any role or group: what it does, who holds it, how it connects. It answers from your map and the documents you attach, for everyone who can see the map.
Ask on any role.
Open a role or group and ask your question. The answer streams in right there.
It reads what you attach.
Attach handbooks, policies and notes to the roles and groups they belong to, as PDF, Word, Markdown or text. The Librarian answers from them.
It sees the whole organization at once.
It holds every role, document and relationship in view together, so it answers questions that cut across teams and spots connections no single person keeps in mind.
Your documents stay in Switzerland.
By default, the Librarian runs on a Swiss model we host ourselves.
What a digital colleague costs.
Each digital colleague is CHF 2 / month per paid seat on your Peerdom+ plan. A person on your team stays responsible for each digital colleague. Let them go at any time: if you rehire, they remember everything.
Hire a custom colleague.
Describe the job and we train a colleague for it. A colleague is worth building for work that is continuous, runs well in the background (overnight included), and is done by hand today. It's also worth it for work that ties your data together across the whole organization, spotting patterns that only show when every role, document and change is in view at once.
