What does the Elections app do?
It tracks when role holders’ terms expire and shows a visual timeline of upcoming re-elections. Owners get weekly email reminders for roles that need attention.
Does it include voting or polling features?
No. Elections tracks term dates and expiration. You run the vote itself however your organization decides: in meetings, via polls or any other way.
How are elections displayed?
As a vertical timeline grouped by urgency: roles with no holders or expired terms appear at the top in red; upcoming elections appear further down in green, organized by date range (next 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.).
How much does the Elections app cost?

Can one role have multiple holders with different term dates?
Yes. Each holder has their own “Elected Until” date. The role appears on the timeline based on the earliest expiration.
What notifications are sent?
Every Wednesday, Owners receive an email listing roles that need re-election in the upcoming week. A notification badge also appears on the Elections app icon.
