Yearly prices shown - monthly subscriptions cost 20% more. Pricing is displayed in your local currency automatically.

We automatically bill your membership fee according to your plan until cancelled. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing period.

You can cancel anytime through your subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period, meaning no future charges will occur. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period you’ve already paid for.

Your organizational data is stored exclusively in Switzerland using Swiss hosting providers including Google Cloud Platform (Zürich), Exoscale (Lausanne), Cyon (Basel), and Infomaniak (Geneva).

Some services like payments and emails use third-country providers with adequate data protection measures as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Our Peerdom Billing System allows organization owners to manage subscriptions directly:

• Upgrade anytime to Peerdom+
• Add peers and apps automatically - charges are prorated until your next renewal
• Modify or cancel subscriptions at any time
• View payment details including who paid and last 4 credit card digits
• Self-service management - no need to contact support

Only organization owners (highest access level) can access billing features.

Yes! Peerdom offers a free plan with up to 10 accounts and all core mapping features included.

You can start mapping your organization immediately - no credit card required. Also, every app can be trialed for 15 days even on the free plan. Upgrade to Peerdom+ or Peerdom Pro anytime to access apps permanently.

We implement comprehensive security measures including:

• Encrypted data storage and transmission (HTTPS)
• SSO/SAML authentication with Microsoft Teams, Google, Okta, and others
• Regular penetration testing by independent parties
• 24/7 monitoring and access logging
• Swiss data protection compliance (FADP, GDPR)

We only access your data with explicit consent for support requests. Full technical details are available in our Data Processing Agreement.

After your subscription ends, we delete all your personal data in accordance with data protection requirements. This includes your organizational maps, user profiles, and all uploaded content.

We may retain certain data only if legally required (e.g., invoicing records). Once legal retention periods expire, this data is also deleted.

We accept payments in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euro (EUR), US Dollars (USD), and British Pounds (GBP).

Prices are automatically displayed in your local currency based on your location.

Credit card is our preferred payment method for smaller amounts and offers immediate activation.

Invoice payment is available on demand - simply contact us at hello@peerdom.org to arrange invoice billing for your subscription.

All prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by your local tax authorities.

The final amount including applicable taxes will be clearly shown during checkout before payment confirmation.

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academic institutions, and foundations.

This discount recognizes the important work these organizations do and helps make Peerdom more accessible for mission-driven organizations with limited budgets.
