Spot real-time changes better than before

You can map external role holders (e.g. freelancers) or groups (e.g. board of directors). These external roles and groups are now drawn on your map with a short connecting line, hugging them close to your organization. By contrast, network partners are drawn with longer connecting lines, a bit farther away.

See your organization in new perspectives. Now, you can see a simple preview of the different visual map layouts available to you when viewing your map as a collection of circles. Visualize your big goals neatly
We believe in your ability to reach your most ambitious goals, so we made sure that your map can visualize large numbers properly. For example, if you want to sell 1'000'000'000 paper clips, we now shorten such large numbers so that it's easily readable (1B paper clips).
Un-mirror roles within the role editor
Disconnect a role from mirrored roles directly from the role editor. This can be helpful if you want to add extra responsibilities to the Leader role of your research group but don't necessarily want to add it to all other mirrored roles across the organization. Now you can un-mirror the research group Leader and future changes will no longer affect the other Leader roles.
Allow Guests to see the full picture
Share your map with invited Guests while keeping your data anonymized for public Visitors. If you've chosen to anonymize personal data for Visitors, Visitors will only see blurred profile images and unrecognizable names, whereas logged in Guests will see personal data. Make representative roles stand out more
By marking a role as a representative, the role becomes spherical instead of flat. In addition, representative roles are now automatically placed at the touchpoint of the parent group, making it even easier to spot them. This is useful for sociocratic organizations who set Leader and Delegate roles as representatives (double-linking), but can also be used in traditional hierarchies to highlight manager roles.

Synchronize custom data from your external directory

Sep 8th 2022
Spot your colleagues without photos
Photos give your profile and map life. For those who haven't uploaded a profile photo, we've made it easier to spot them. Names are now abbreviated to four letters, and a color is assigned to their avatar.

Guests can now search too
We've extended the available features for free Guest accounts, starting with the ability to search the map for peers, role titles, and groups.

Archive or delete an organisation (if you are its Owner)
Do you have organisations in your list that you no longer need? Simply go to the Organisation Settings to either archive the organisation, keeping its data safely stored away for re-use later, or choose to permanently delete it.
Try the Insights App
We are excited to introduce the Insights App - a new way to discover what's happening behind the scenes in your organisation. Visualise the roles in your organisation with the greatest or least role turnover. The role turnover insight overlays a heat map that indicates how frequently role holders are leaving each role. Use this information to focus attention on roles with the largest impact on employee retention.
More performant loading of the Peer Profile
We have revisited and optimised peer profile loading so that you can see the most relevant information even sooner.
