Enhance personal profiles

The Missions App adds a section to peer’s personal profiles, alongside individual Feedback, Contribution, Journal, Projects and Goals.

Get to know each other

New peers benefit from formulating their mission, helping them advocate for their new role. Browsing colleague’s mission statement on their profile is a great ice breaker.

Evolve with your employees

Mission statement is a great review activity. Along with the Feedback app, peers can go back to their personal mission statement and observe their evolution.
